Viñedos de Alcohuaz is one of the few mountain wine projects in Chile. It is in the middle
of the Andes Mountains, in the Elqui Valley, 600 kilometers north of Santiago, the capital.
In 2023 we were ranked #25 in the World’s Best Vineyards as one of the best experiences
in the world around tourism and wine.

What’s included

Approximately 2 hours tour, visiting the vineyards, the pyramid to recharge energy, the
winery and our spectacular cavern, built in the middle of the granite rock and where we
keep the wine library.

In the cellar you will learn about the aging process of our wines, which is done in concrete
containers and large austrian wooden foudres called Stockinger.

At the end of your tour, you will be able to taste 3 high altitude wines, with a unique view
of the Elqui Valley.
